What you will do to help drive energy transition:

 

  • Manage development projects for devices and keep track on associated tollgate deliverables
  • Interact with key stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables
  • Derive tasks and resources needed for the project and align with Center of Competence
  • Develops and maintains detailed schedules and project plans
  • Devise and implement recovery strategies for overdue tasks and deliverables
  • Analyze project critical path and risk assessments to deploy risk mitigation strategies
  • Prepare monthly project status reporting

 

 

What you will need on that journey:

 

  • At least Bachelor’s Degree in a Business or Technical Field

  • 4+ years of relevant project experience including budgets, scopes, schedules, resource allocation, deliverables, reporting, risk assessment/mitigation.

  • Preferrable proven ability by project management certifications (e.g. PMI, GPM) as well as experience with Agile Project Management

  • Prior experience working with software development teams or in engineering environments

  • Excellent decision-making and leadership capabilities

  • Excellent process management and organisational skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and energetic environment

  • Fluency in English, good language skills in German
