Your Tasks:

· Facilitate cross-functional expert teams to drive breakthrough or Best-in-Class performance in Productivity, Safety, Quality, Delivery, & Cost metrics.

· Engage teams globally to share best practices and improve end to end outcomes for sonnen customers. Analyze and solve operational barriers with a focus on understanding root causes.

· Provide expertise and leadership on Kaizen, Lean Principles and Problem Solving to all employees at various levels across the organization.

· Prepare detailed plans to track project performance and assure timely completion and achievement of stated project goals.

· Work with Operations, business process and digital teams to develop new tools, systems and metrics to support the growth of the business.

· Provide Kaizen training as needed to project team members.

 

Your Profile:

· At least 5 years proven Kaizen Experience with demonstrated effective Kaizen results.

· Trained and Qualified in Kaizen (Black Belt desirable minimum Green Belt).

· Proven Experience in delivering Transformation and Business orientated change projects.

· Willingness to work global, travel and manage workload across time zones.

· A high level of Organisational Skills

· 6 years+ experience in a Project Management role desirable

· Extensive knowledge of project management methodologies and tools

· Proven ability to deliver projects.

· Planning, problem solving and analytical skills 

· Tertiary education desirable
