Your Responsibilities:

  • Develop & manage knowledge-sharing processes and tools for continuous improvement based on business needs
  • Initiate and sustain a training and individual development program for the business unit
  • Develop a comprehensive set of management reports to analyze and track the performance and to optimize business decision making
  • Manage goal-setting frameworks applicable to the Business Unit (OKR)
  • Define and update Business Processes within the Business Unit with relevant stakeholders to increase transparency, efficiency and reliability of the Supply Chain, Manufacturing and Quality organization

 

Your Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in business, economics or engineering
  • A strategic mindset and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, international, dynamic environment
  • Strong communication skills in English and German, both verbal and written
  • knowledge in SAP and tableau desirable
