What you will do to help driving the energy transition:

You are the first point of contact for employees and leaders mainly in the engineering and technical services department as a HRBP.

You are the trusted sparring partner for all line managers in Germany and those in the USA with staff in Germany.

You are responsible for all HR-related matters including people development, talent management, succession planning, performance management.

You advise and train the colleagues in your HRBP area not only with regard to their personal development but also with regard to policies, standards and processes.

You provide ideas and take care of the design and continuous improvement of people processes and the HR digitalization.

You lead and drive projects to help the growth of team sonnen.

You collaborate closely with our Talent Acquisition and HRIS/ HR Controlling teams.
What you will need on that journey:
-
3+ years experience in a HRBP role, ideally in an engineering business

A degree in psychology, economics or similar

You already led projects in areas like Comp&Ben, leadership development, OD, succession planning and feel confident to create new structures and processes.

You have an analytic and agile mindset to identify potential for process improvements and to enable a fast scale-up of the organisation.

Empathy and willingness to engage with people is part of your personality and you strive for execution and meaningful results.

Fluency in German and English
