What you will do to help driving the energy transition:
 

  • You are the first point of contact for employees and leaders as a HRBP.

  • You are the trusted sparring partner for all line managers in Germany and those in the USA with staff in Germany.

  • You are responsible for all HR-related matters including people development, talent management, succession planning, performance management.

  • You advise and train the colleagues in your HRBP area not only with regard to their personal development but also with regard to policies, standards and processes.

  • You provide ideas and take care of the design and continuous improvement of people processes and the HR digitalization.

  • You lead and drive projects to help the growth of team sonnen.

  • You collaborate closely with our Talent Acquisition and HRIS/ HR Controlling teams.

 

What you will need on that journey:
 

  • 3+ years experience in a HRBP role

  • A degree in psychology, economics or similar

  • You already led projects in areas like Comp&Ben, leadership development, OD, succession planning  and feel confident to create new structures and processes.

  • You have an analytic and agile mindset to identify potential for process improvements and to enable a fast scale-up of the organisation.

  • Empathy and willingness to engage with people is part of your personality and you strive for execution and meaningful results.

  • Fluency in German and English
