Corporate Strategy Manager (f/m/d) JOB

What you will do to help drive energy transition: 

• Defining and implementing the sonnen strategy across all global business lines and structures

• Leading role in organisational development, especially in developing and implementing strategies to grow, transform and optimise the business

• Alignment and implementation of the global strategy with global and local business units such as R&D, Product Management, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Legal and HR   

• Derive and implement overarching business objectives (e.g. Balanced Score Card, OKRs) across the group
• Identify and evaluate new business opportunities with innovation and product management team
• Manage strategic projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely and efficient delivery
• Provide guidance to top management based on business strategy
• Handle ad-hoc requests from global C-level and other stakeholders.

What you will need on that journey: 

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or a related field. An MBA or related advanced degree is a plus
• At least 3 years of work experience in strategic functions, consulting, project management, business steering or equivalent
• Strategic mindset, strong understanding of business strategy and operational efficiency
• Experience in consultancy in startup or renewable energy focused segments is a plus
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
• Ability to connect the dots in complex environments 
• Flexibility to adapt to dynamic and rapidly changing environments
• Strong English and German language skills.
