For our location in Cairo, we are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager. You will be responsible for leading the recruitment efforts for the open positions, developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies, and building a robust talent pipeline. The role requires a proactive approach to sourcing, engaging with candidates, and collaborating with hiring managers to ensure a seamless recruitment process.

 

What you will do to help drive energy transition: 

 

  • You will lead discussions with relevant departments to understand the requirements for vacant positions below the director level.

  • You will develop and draft appealing and targeted job advertisements, including defining the search strategy and selecting appropriate recruitment channels.

  • You will actively source candidates to build and expand the company's talent pipeline in the region, using social networks to search, select, and directly contact potential candidates.

  • You will review and evaluate application documents and candidate profiles for suitability, making decisions on pre-selection.

  • You will serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to the end of the selection process.

  • You will conduct initial interviews with candidates and provide recommendations for relevant departments, ensuring all interviews are properly documented in Success Factors.

  • You will assist and advise departments during candidate interviews, throughout the selection process, and in making final hiring decisions to successfully fill positions.

 

What you will need on that journey: 

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Proven experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on Technical and Engineering hiring, active sourcing and talent pipeline development.

  • Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies and channels, including social media and professional networks.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with candidates and hiring managers effectively.

  • Proficiency in using Success Factors or other application tracking systems.

  • Fluency in both English and Arabic are essential.
