IT Service Manager

For our location in Cairo, we are looking for an experienced an IT service manager with an extensive IT Services background (various IT areas) to help fulfill the service management goals within a global & central IT setup. A process and services management expert with strong exposure to IT Services landscape and technologies to drive and setup critical processes to support the IT Governance targets within Global It Service Management department.
What you will do to help drive energy transition:

You will be responsible for the design, track and monitor of IT processes and IT Policies for a lean global organization target (process manager role across Global IT & Platforms).

You will be accountable for continuous review and evolution of processes and policies according to service continual practices with a fit for purpose mindset.

You will engage and support Key stakeholder’s areas in IT Services & Applications (tools, infra, cloud and data), Business Applications, Enterprise Architecture and Project Management Office to align & define best practices & procedures for Global IT processes.

You will drive the setup of a global process house framework ensuring markets, subsidiaries and external parties adhere to the framework.

You will monitor and enhance the use and adoption of the process’s framework by internal and external IT users, including upper management Level though presentations, workshops and training.

You will be enabling reporting on process achievement and its value chain by setting up corresponding SLA’s, OLA’s.

You will support the full scope of IT Governance Projects and IT Transformation (Change Management, Assets and Licensing Management and Project Pipeline optimization).

You will support Compliancy, Risk management a process documentation requirements.
What you will need on that journey:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, or a related field. ITIL Foundation Certificate is a big advantage.

Impactful communication skills are needed to influence and drive change not limited to the Global IT & Platforms scope.

Sound knowledge and experience in the design and coordination of ITSM processes (e.g. according to ITIL) as well as experience in the field of service transition management.

Proven experience in the management of complex IT (sub-)projects as well as a confident handling of project management methods.
