What you will do to drive the energy transition:

Act as the central point of contact for internal employees, external customers, and business partners

Manage and continuously improve office management and administrative processes

Create, issue, and manage outgoing invoices

Monitor incoming and outgoing payments, including accounts receivable management and dunning processes

Be responsible for all SAP postings relevant to monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements

Ensure the timely and accurate submission of balance sheet and P&L figures to the sonnen Group Accounting team

Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure financial accuracy and compliance
-
Ensure compliance with applicable legal and commercial requirements in the UK context, including tax matters, customs regulations, and related topics
What you will need on that journey:

Proven professional experience in a similar role, ideally in office management, finance, or commercial administration

Experience with common accounting software, ideally SAP or a comparable system

Very good MS Office skills, especially Excel

Strong commercial understanding and attention to detail

Business-fluent written and spoken English; German skills are an advantage

Structured, reliable, and service-oriented working style
