What you will do to help drive energy transition:

 

  • You manage user accounts, roles, and authorizations within SAP systems. Ensure proper access control and segregation of duties.

  • You manage and maintain SAP systems, according the requirements for everything that is not covered by SAP.

  • You monitor system performance and ensure optimal operation of SAP environments. Also you identify and resolve performance issues and bottlenecks.

  • You implement and manage security measures to protect SAP systems. Ensure compliance with security policies and procedures.

  • You plan and execute system upgrades, patches, and enhancements. Ensure minimal disruption to business operations during these activities.

  • You provide technical support and troubleshooting for SAP systems. Resolve issues related to system performance, connectivity, and functionality.

  • You maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps. Ensure documentation is up-to-date and accessible.

  • You work closely with other IT teams, business users, and external vendors to ensure seamless integration and operation of SAP systems. Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives.

  • You handle daily user requests

 

What you will need on that journey:

 

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP Basis administration. Experience with SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, and SAP HANA is preferred.

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in SAP system administration, including installation, configuration, and maintenance. Strong knowledge of SAP security, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.

  • Familiarity with various SAP technologies such as S/4 HANA and optionally SAP Cloud (BTP). Experience with RISE with SAP is preferred.

  • Knowledge of SAP architecture and processes.

  • An independent working style and the willingness to drive topics forward.

  • A team player who enjoys hands-on work and proactively tackles challenges.
