IT Help Desk with Disability (m/w/d)

What you will do to help drive energy transition:
- Provide first-level technical support to end-users via phone, email, and in-person.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and applications.
- Document and track all support requests and resolutions in the helpdesk ticketing system.
- Assist with the setup and deployment of new hardware and software.
- Conduct regular system maintenance and updates.
- Provide training and guidance to end-users on IT best practices and tools.
- Collaborate with other IT team members to ensure seamless IT operations.
What you will need on that journey:
- Proven experience as an IT Helpdesk Technician or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems.
- Familiarity with remote desktop applications and helpdesk software.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Professional) are a plus.
- English is a Must and German is a plus.
