What you will do to help drive the energy transition:

 

  • Developing innovative sonnen energy storage products  

  • Verifing and testing of state of the art analog and digital electronics 

  • Develop automated test equipment for electronic assemblies  

  • Accompany and support product development by continuously testing 

  • Support product compliance team and provide verification reports 

  • Close collaboration with cross-functional and international project teams as well as external partners 

  • Identify opportunities to optimize existing product designs and mechanisms 

 

What you will need on that journey: 

 

  • University degree in electrical engineering 

  • Solid experience (+3 years) in analog and digital electronics 

  • Solid experience (+3 years) in developing and maintaining electrical test facilities 

  • Relevant experience in hardware testing of embedded systems and knowledge of hardware test methodologies (verification, reliability, compliance testing) 

  • Proficiency with hardware design standards, EMI/EMC compliance and regulatory certifications 

  • Proficiency in Python and C++ as well as Altium as design tool  

  • Understanding of industrial communication protocols 

  • Familiarity with renewable energy technologies is a plus 

  • Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and an independent, structured, proactive work style  

  • Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset in a transparent work environment 

  • Fluent in written and spoken English
