What you will do to help drive the energy transition:

Developing system-level simulations of battery storage systems for performance analysis

Conducting yield analysis of renewable energy systems
-
Development and adaptation of simulation models for electrical components and products
-
Analyzing simulation results to optimize system performance and support product development
-
Applying and training data-driven models using experimental results
-
Creating technical reports and presentations to communicate simulation results and recommendations for design adjustments
-
Identifying opportunities to optimize existing product designs and mechanisms
What you will need on that journey:
-
University degree in energy engineering, electrical engineering, or a comparable field
-
Solid understanding of energy systems and their components
-
Solid experience (3 years+) in modeling and simulation of battery storage systems
-
Familiarity with electrical component modeling on a system level
-
Familiarity with applying machine learning techniques to analyze and interpret experimental data
-
Proficiency in Python and/or MATLAB Simulink/Simscape for simulation and analysis. Proficiency in system simulation tools like Modelica is a plus

Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and an independent, structured, proactive work style
-
Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset in a transparent work environment

Fluent in written and spoken English
