HR-Manager Egypt (m/w/d)

What you will do to drive the energy transition:

Lead and implement HR and organizational strategies that promote a high-performance, values-driven culture

Own and continuously optimize end-to-end HR operations, including recruiting, personnel administration, talent development, compensation, payroll, and audits

Act as a strategic advisor to management and senior leaders on HR, legal, and business matters in full compliance with Egyptian labor law

Lead contract and salary negotiations and ensure adherence to legal, internal, and group-wide HR policies

Ensure the implementation of global HR regulations and corporate guidelines, including the establishment of effective governance and control mechanisms

Drive and support transformation, change, and growth initiatives, including stakeholder communication, cost control, and workforce-related financial planning

Ensure accurate payroll execution, approval workflows, and the integrity of HR master data

Design and deliver leadership and management training programs (e.g. performance management, leadership, disciplinary processes, communication, conflict management)

Strengthen employer branding in Egypt and ensure professional, consistent recruitment and interviewing standards in close alignment with the global HR group
What you will need on that journey:
- University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

10+ years of professional experience in HR management (ideally 15+ years)

Several years in a senior HR role with commercial responsibilities

10+ years of leadership experience

Proven experience in a senior HR leadership role, including strong business and financial acumen

Demonstrated leadership and people management skills

Collaborative, structured, and solution-oriented working style

Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic

In-depth knowledge of Egyptian labor law
