How you will help driving the energy transition forward:

• You are part of an innovative team in a digital working environment.
• You are running operational business processes during service delivery for our German energy tariff customers.
• You are responsible for maintaining our CRM & ERP system and handling the necessary business correspondence.
• You actively monitor billing and payments procedures as preparation for the accounting department.
• You process inquiries from colleagues, customers, and external business partners.
• You work with the team on the further development and automation of our business processes.

• You act proactively and with a service-oriented mindset as part of a team of experts, organizing your workday efficiently and independently.
• You are not afraid to familiarize yourself with sonnen’s specific IT infrastructure.
• You enjoy working with numbers and accounting-related or energy-related tasks.
• You are motivated to further structure and develop your own working environment.
• You speak both German (C1 level) and English fluently; relevant professional language experience is an advantage.
