What you'll do to drive energy transition:

 

•    Collaborate closely with the Innovation & Intelligence team to conduct studies and uncover user needs for a variety of energy related products
•    Prepare and conduct usability tests on various product concepts during different phases of the innovation process
•    Visualize the results comprehensibly and conduct workshops to integrate the research findings into our products
•    Support the team with concept creation and low-fidelity prototyping

 

What you'll need on that journey:

 

•    Enrolled Bachelor or Master student in Human Factors, Cognitive Science, Psychology, Communication Science, Media Science or equivalent
•    Passionate in innovation and human machine interaction
•    Strong interest in various UX research methods, especially qualitative ones
•    First practical experience in conducting interviews
•    Strong English and German language skills; additional languages are welcome
•    Ideally first-hand experience with UX conception and prototyping (Miro, Figma) 
•    Minimum duration of 4 months
