What you will do to help drive energy transition
 

  • Build quality pipeline through active and passive sourcing channels to attract top talent according to hiring needs

  • Deliver a first-class candidate experience by owning the end-to-end hiring process 

  • Get support of HBRP's and Hiring Managers to understand the bigger picture and strategic department goals 

  • Design hiring processes based on best practices and indicators for future job performance to hire best in class talent

  • Write job descriptions that stand out and attract diverse talent

  • Report progress and activites on priority positions and organize your week based on priorities to fill roles in a timely manner  

  • Train hiring managers in interviewing and hiring best practises to ensure everyone involved is aligned and striving for the same goal

  • Get your hands dirty with Talent Acquisition and HR related projects and deliver frameworks and tools to Hiring Managers that will make their lives easier

 

What you will need on that journey

 

  • 5+ years experience in Talent Acquisition for Tech profiles in a scale-up company or hyper growth environment

  • A degree in psychology, economics, marketing or equivalent work experience

  • Knowledge in hiring best practices and you ideally applied them to hiring processes already

  • Analytic mindset to identify potential for process improvements

  • Empathy and willingness to engage with people 

  • The ability to handle ≈10 job requisitions without losing track of what's going on

  • Fuency in German and English

  • Last but not least: you know how to have fun at work
