What you'll do to help drive energy transition:

You will build a quality pipeline through active and passive sourcing channels to attract top talent according to hiring needs

You will deliver a first class candidate experience by owning the end-to-end hiring process

You'll get support of HBRP's and Hiring Managers to understand the bigger picture and strategic goals and execute on them

You'll design hiring processes based on best practices and indicators for future job performance to hire best in class talent

You'll write job descriptions that stand out and attract diverse talent

You'll report progress and activities on priority positions and organize your week based on priorities to fill roles in a timely manner

You'll train hiring managers in interviewing and hiring best practices to ensure everyone involved is aligned and striving for the same goal

You'll take over Talent Acquisition and HR related projects and deliver frameworks and tools to Hiring Managers that will make their lives easier
What you'll need on that journey:

You have 3+ years experience in Talent Acquisition

You hold a degree in psychology, economics or marketing

You are aware of hiring best practices, and you ideally applied them to hiring processes already

You know how to attract passive candidates through various channels

You like to crunch numbers to identify potential for process improvements

You are an empathetic people person who loves to engage with candidates

You can handle multiple requisitions without losing track of what's going on

You are fluent in German and English
