As the Global Sales Enablement Manager, the main objective is to strategically enhance global sales processes through digital transformation. 

This involves leading cross-functional collaboration among various teams, developing a roadmap for digital sales projects, and prioritizing initiatives to optimize tools and systems.  

What you will do to drive energy transition:  


  • You will coordinate and align cross-functional teams including Global Marketing, Country Managers, IT, Product Management, and CDO for digital sales projects.  

  • You will understand high-level commercial needs and develop a roadmap for short-, medium-, and long-term projects and initiatives focusing on digital tools and IT systems (e.g., Toolbox, Salesforce, SAP).

  • You will conceptualize and define commercial initiatives with a strong emphasis on digital tools and IT systems while facilitate the smooth implementation of processes, tools, systems, and requirements.  

  • You will enhance transparency in the global sales funnel by enabling all sales teams globally to efficiently utilize Salesforce, ensuring alignment with global sales processes, and accommodating various channels and user profiles for scalability.  

  • You will collaborate with stakeholders from marketing, sales, and product development to oversee the global rollout of sonnen's digital sales tools in all markets.   

  • You will understand detailed needs to set up projects in the concept phase and translate commercial needs into clear and comprehensive requirements.  

  • You will document global commercial processes according to BPM standards.  

  • You will collaborate closley with QM and sales leaders to ensure business processes are consistent and compliant across channels and markets, and properly documented.

  • You will set-up and perform workshops with stakeholders to train for new processes, playbooks, programs and other relevant projects. 

What you will need on that journey:

  • Succesfully completed bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.

  • Proven experience in sales enablement, project management, and digital tools implementation. 

  • Strong understanding of Salesforce and other digital sales tools.

  • International experience in coordinating business processes across different markets.

  • Clear and concise communication skills and presentation style, for both internal and external stakeholders.  

  • Thorough understanding of sonnens workflows, tools, operations, and processes.

  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills for effective cross-functional coordination.

  • Ability to conceptualize and prioritize projects with a focus on short- and long-term goals.

  • Fluent English and German language skills in both speaking and writing.
