Main Responsibilities:

  • You will take responsibility for the topics of service processes and service tools.
  • Based on the analysis of the current and future requirements of our business, you will develop the strategy for our service tools and operations
  • Together with your team you support the service organizations in the implementation of business processes and their management. The service processes relate to service field service, repair in the factory, service administration and telephone support (1st/2nd/3rd level).
  • Your team acts as an interface between the country organizations and the HQ in DE regarding the technical service requirements and the setup of the service organization (1st/2nd level).
  • Together with your team you collect the requirements, coordinate the implementation and report on the progress of international optimization projects.
  • Your team is the main contact for our service tools and is responsible for requirements management for continuous development
  • You create, document, monitor service processes and respond to deviations.
  • Through a reporting and evaluation process, you make your team's successes measurable




  • Successfully completed degree in business or engineering or comparable qualifications.
  • At least 3 years of experience in process management (modeling, operation, improvement)
  • At least 3 years of experience in project management (certification desirable)
  • At least 2 years of management experience in an international working environment
  • Experience in technical service, preferably in the energy storage sector
  • Very good and clear communication skills
  • Very good written and spoken English and German skills, other languages are desirable
  • Excellent MS Office skills; Salesforce and SAP experience is welcome
  • Willingness to travel
