To support sonnen’s growth we are looking for our first Team Lead Talent Acquisition – Engineering & Tech. In this role you will have a big impact on the way sonnen attracts, hires and retains people.
You will be in good company of Talent Acquisition Managers and Sourcers, another Team Lead, a Employer Branding Specialist as well as a Coordinator, 14 people in total.
What you will do to help drive energy transition

Collaborate with the Head of Talent Acquisition to define hiring strategy and roadmap to achieve growth targets of our D-A-CH teams

Hire and lead a team of Talent Acquisition managers and help develop their skills to maximize performance and contribute to their personnel development

Improve hiring processes utilising data and best practices to ensure both, high quality hires and best in class candidate experience

Be hands on where needed and recruit actively through active and passive sourcing channels to attract top talent for business-critical roles

Automate redundant tasks to keep your team happy and productive

Create campaigns together with Employer Branding to position sonnen’s EVP in the talent market

Train hiring managers in interview and hiring best practices to ensure everyone involved is aligned and strives for the same goal

Monitor KPIs and come up with action plans where needed

Contribute to Talent Acquisition and HR related projects to deliver frameworks and tools to Hiring Managers that will make their lives easier
What you will need on that journey

Extensive experience in Talent Acquisition of Tech and Engineering profiles in the European market

2+ years leadership experience, preferably inhouse in a scale-up company

A degree in psychology, economics or marketing

Attentive leadership skills and genuine care for people and their development

Experience in implementing best practice hiring processes

A strategic and agile mindset that always questions the status quo and seeks opportunities for improvement

The ability to plan tasks and organize workload to deliver on your individual initiatives as well as team projects

You are fluent in English and can at least handle conversational talks in German
