Your Responsibilities:

  • You will be responsible for the topic of technical and soft skill training, knowledge management and coaching for the Customer Service area.
  • Based on the analysis of the current and future requirements of our business for the employees in Customer Service and for the external installers and technicians, you will develop our modular knowledge, training and coaching concept in close cooperation with the countries.
  • You take responsibility for our training business process
  • You gather feedback from customers and employees to continuously improve the quality of technical documentation and training
  • You define the optimal strategy and execution of training programs and create the structures to make them suitable and applicable for the respective markets
  • You understand the didactic requirements of e-learning and are looking forward to setting up the appropriate global structures with us
  • You make the team's successes measurable through a reporting and evaluation process

 

Your Profile:

  • Successfully completed studies, e.g. in economics, pedagogy or media sciences
  • Experience in training, coaching or knowledge management in the area of customer service
  • At least 2 years of experience in an international working environment
  • Very good English and German language skills, both written and spoken
  • Excellent MS Office skills; Coursepath, Tableau, Salesforce and SAP experience is welcome
  • Ability to develop people as well as creativity and openness to break new ground and use modern methods and technologies
  • Strong conceptual skills and, in addition to a human touch, a heart for numbers and data
  • Willingness to travel occasionally
