Your responsibilities:
- You support the service organization in the US by implementing corporate processes and the management of it - Service processes are related to the area of field service, repair center, service administration and remote support (1st/2nd/3rd level)
- You act as interface between the US organizations and the HQ in Germany related to technical service requirements and the set-up of the service organization
- You act as project manager for international improvement projects. You collect the requirements, coordinate the implementation and report the progress
- You are the key contact for one of our service tools
- You create, document and monitor service processes, but also react on deviations.
- You constantly check the data quality of the service tools/database and define measures to improve it
Your Profile:
- Successful completed academic studies on economic or engineering sciences or comparable qualifications like certified engineer
- At least 3 years’ experience in project management (certification desirable)
- Strong experience in process management (modelling, operating, improving)
- At least 2 years’ experience in an international work environment
- Experience in technical service, preferable in energy storage
- Strong communication skills and high competence in problem solving
- Strong English and German language skills spoken and written, additional languages are desirable
- Excellent MS-Office skills; Salesforce and SAP experiences are welcome
- Willingness to travel
