Your tasks:

  • Interfaces with key stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables
  • Derives tasks and resources needed for a given project and aligns with team leads
  • Develops and maintains detailed schedules and project plans
  • Manages the Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) process and associated tollgate deliverables
  • Drives project deliverables and task completion
  • Devises and implements recovery strategies for overdue tasks and deliverables
  • Analyzes project critical path and risk assessments to deploy risk mitigation strategies
  • Prepares monthly project status reporting
  • Interfaces with key stakeholders and business leaders for gate approvals within the PLM process


Your profile:

  • At least Bachelor’s Degree in a Business or Technical Field
  • First experiences in project management including budgets, scopes, schedules, resource allocation, deliverables, reporting, risk assessment/mitigation.
  • Preferrable proven ability by project management certifications (e.g. PMI, GPM)
  • First proficiency with common Project Management software tools
  • Desire to make decisions and take leadership.
  • Passionate, positive, and highly motivated personality with a strong work ethic and business mindset
  • Critical thinking and problem solving skills
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced and high-energy environment
  • First experiences in product development or comparable technical fields (preferred)
  • Agile Project Management Experience (preferred)
  • Fluency in English or German
