We are looking for a development engineer to support our dynamic battery development team. You will work together with our battery and BMS hardware specialists on exciting projects related to our proprietary lithium-ion battery modules. Together, we will find creative, pragmatic, yet safe and robust engineering solutions for defined tasks.

 

What you will do to help drive energy transition

 

  • You will help designing innovative battery modules as well as building and testing new prototypes
  • You will advance new battery modules from scratch to production readiness in cooperation with suppliers
  • You will carry out design and development-related activities
  • You will create specifications and requirements for battery modules

 

What you will need on that journey

 

  • A degree in a technical study like Electrical Engineering, Physics, Chemistry or similar fields
  • In-depth knowledge with development and construction of battery modules
  • Knowledge with common CAD-tools, ideally with SolidWorks
  • Knowledge of cell contacting and thermal simulation
  • Willingness to work together in a team, but with the ability to advance your work independently
  • Flueny in english or german
