We are looking for a development engineer to support our dynamic battery development team. You will work together with our battery and BMS hardware specialists on exciting projects related to our proprietary lithium-ion battery modules. Together, we will find creative, pragmatic, yet safe and robust engineering solutions for defined tasks.

 

What you will do to help drive energy transition

 

  • You will help develop innovative battery modules as well as build and test new prototypes
  • You will further develop new battery modules in cooperation with suppliers until they are ready for series production
  • You perform design and development related activities
  • You create specifications and requirements for battery modules

 

What you will need on that journey

 

  • Completed technical studies like electrical engineering, physics, chemistry or similar fields
  • In-depth knowledge with development and design of battery modules
  • Knowledge of common CAD tools, ideally with SolidWorks
  • Knowledge in cell contacting and thermal simulation
  • Willingness to collaborate in a team, but also the ability to drive your work independently
  • Fluent in English or German
