What you will do to help drive energy transition

 

  • Translate market requirements for our sonnenBatterie into a technical product definition  

  • Consistent overall architecture including device, backend infrastructure, customer app, VPP and other digital services

  • Responsibility for the technical architecture of our energy storage system

  • Interface definition between inverter, control unit, battery module, enclosure and the rest of the system

  • Ensuring the use of identical parts arcross all products

  • Resolving of interdisciplinary technical conflicts

  • Technology monitoring

  • Product validation for project milestones

  • Technical advice to decision makers

 

 

What you will need on that journey

 

  • Successfully completed studies in the field of electrical or mechanical engineering or in a similar field
  • 2+ years of professional experience in the field of electrical or mechanical engineering
  • Good knowledge about inverters, battery modules and energy management as well as their relationships
  • Deep understanding of IoT including HEMS
  • Good communicational and organizational skills
  • Independent way of working with the ability to work together in a team
  • Fluent English skills and ideally German skills
