We are seeking a highly organized Office Receptionist to join our dynamic team in Cairo. As our Office Receptionist, you will play a pivotal role in managing the front desk operations, ensuring a warm and professional environment for guests and colleagues. Your responsibilities will encompass a broad range of tasks, including greeting visitors, managing office supplies, and providing essential support to the HR and Operations departments.
What you will do to help drive the energy transition:

You will greet and welcome guests and colleagues with a friendly and professional demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression.

You will manage incoming phone calls, ensuring they are answered promptly and directed to the appropriate party.

You will handle email and postal correspondence efficiently, ensuring timely responses and proper filing.

You will oversee the central administration and ordering of general office supplies, standard promotional materials, lunch menus, beverages, fruits, and catering services.

You will independently contribute to the planning, organization, and execution of events, including setting up and clearing event spaces.

You will assist with the organization of events and the onboarding process for new employees.

You will provide cross-site support to the HR department, including obtaining signatures and dispatching documents.
What you will need on that journey:

Proven experience in a receptionist or office coordinator role.

Excellent communication skills in both, English and Arabic.

Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.

Proficiency in office management software and email platforms.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Flexibility to handle a variety of tasks and adapt to changing priorities.
