Our ideal candidate is experienced with the Salesforce or SAP tooling. Having this background allows the consultant to advise and translate the client’s business needs. Our candidate has worked in a business environment which has led to a solid grasp of how departments like Sales, Service and Marketing integrate with Salesforce.

This functional Salesforce/SAP project manager will act as the ‘face’ of the development team and is familiar with working agile in a customer environment. Interaction with the team and the client in search of the best possible solution is one of the core capabilities. The consultant has developed skills in motivating a team and is not afraid to challenge customers' wishes.

 

What you will do to help drive energy transition:

 

  • Identify opportunities in business processes that can be accomplished with Salesforce functionality

  • Use your expertise in business processes and Salesforce to help the client achieve their business goals

  • Translate business goals into functional needs, activate development capabilities in order to have needs transformed into Salesforce functionalities 

  • Bridge the gap between IT and the business and act as the point of contact for Salesforce users 

  • Train and coach clients and internal colleagues in CRM capabilities and the improved Way of Working to exploit platform usage

  • Acts as the intermediary between the business and IT teams 

 

What you will need on that journey:

 

At least 3 years of professional experience as a consultant, project manager, business analyst or in a relevant business position that has

  • Several years of experience with technical Salesforce implementations (Service and Sales cloud related)

  • Ideally certification as a Salesforce.com Certified Consultants

  • Has worked with different business departments such as but not limited to finance, sales and services 

  • Background in process design and implementation

  • Independent as well as result and process-oriented way of working

  • Is experienced with working in multi-disciplinary teams, experience with Agile/Scrum is a plus

  • Brings a Master’s degree or equivalent in a field that requires analytical skills 

  • Has the ability to empathize with clients in politically challenging environments

  • Strong presentation and communication skills in English (written and verbal); fluent in German
