We are looking for an experienced Programm Manager (f/m/d) who is passionate about software delivery to join our Project Management Office Digital.

 

What you will do to help drive energy transition:

 

  • You are responsible for the project overview of the digital product through regular update meetings and consult when project differ from the plan 

  • You make all projects transparent by using Jira as the project management tool and ensure that the information is kept up to date  

  • You are the interface to the international markets for informing about the current project status 

  • You establish and continuously improve Jira as the project management tool and ensure standardization across all digital departments 

  • You coach a skill set among project managers on a personal and methodical level  

  • You ensure that all digital projects of the product roadmap align with sonnen’s strategy  

 

What you will need on that journey:

 

  • You are strong in communication, stakeholder management and fostering exchange between different departments across the organisation and globe 

  • You enjoy working in a fast-changing environment and encounter new challenges with resilience 

  • You have in depth experience in leading international software projects and want to become part of sonnen’s Project Management Office Digital  

  • Ideally, you have experience with working in the renewable energy industry 

  • You speak fluently English and German, further languages are beneficial 

  • You enjoy working in an international environment with a highly motivated and visionary team that is striving to digitise the energy transition
