What you will do to help drive energy transition:

 

  • Design inspiring and clear-to-understand products to help drive the transition to renewable energy.
  • Conduct user research to gain a deeper understanding of our users needs and pain points.
  • Conceptualise, design and deliver new features for sonnen's customers and partners. 
  • Strive for excellent execution and design joyful, beautiful, simple interfaces as part of an agile product team.

 

What you will need for that journey:

 

  • You have 3+ years of experience designing complex digital products and services.
  • You can quickly turn your ideas into functional prototypes and designs, enabling fast validation and iteration.
  • You have worked in agile project teams and understand design, development and business as integrated processes.
  • You have experience designing for different platforms and devices (Web/Android/iOS).
  • You have a user-centric design approach, can conduct qualitative and quantitative user research and proactively integrate insights into your workflow. 
  • You have experience working with design systems.
  • You feel confident moderating workshops and presenting your results to different stakeholders across the company (locally and globally)
  • You are a keen learner, interested in new design methodologies and ongoing design discussions and sharing those internally.
  • You have excellent English language skills. Solid mastery of German is a big plus.
