What you'll do to drive energy transition:

 

  • Support the Innovation & Intelligence department in day-to-day business in activities such as conducting workshops, idea generation, presentations, etc.
  • Assist in conducting user interviews and user tests on business innovation relevant topics at sonnen.
  • Support projects in different phases of the innovation process in user research, prototyping and testing.
  • Provide support in customer segmentation and identifying (new) customer needs as input for developing new business ideas.
  • Support in the creation of presentations for the global C-Level and other stakeholders.

 

What you'll need on that journey:

 

  • Enrollment in Bachelor's or Master's studies in the area of design, or equivalent.
  • First practical experience gathered from other internships.
  • General understanding of the user-centered design process and design thinking.
  • A portfolio of projects demonstrating a strong user-centered approach.
  • General understanding of the renewable energy industry and interest in home energy solutions.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Understanding of Miro, Figma and Adobe CC would be advantageous.
  • Presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Structured working style.
  • Availibility for a minimum duration of 4 months.
  • Strong English and German language skills in speaking and writing.
