What you will do to help drive energy transition: 

  • As IT Service Manager* you are part of the IT service team at sonnen.
  • In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating all IT service management initiatives and activities in order to provide the best possible service to our users.
  • Furthermore, you are our central contact person for global IT service management. In close coordination with IT Support, you analyze processes, identify improvement potentials and initiate corresponding measures and projects.
  • You are responsible for the definition, monitoring and regular reporting of important key figures in IT Service Management.
  • Together with IT process and IT change management, you will support our organization in the effective implementation of projects.


What you will need on that journey:

  • Ideally, you have a degree in business information systems or a related field. Alternatively, you have acquired the necessary basics in several years of practice.
  • In any case, you bring a lot of experience from the field of IT service management, but you are also familiar with the basics such as ITIL. A broad understanding of current IT technologies and trends rounds off your profile.
  • Initial practical experience in this context with Amazon AWS would be ideal.
  • You have a good understanding of IT support organizations and processes and their interaction with IT Operations.
  • You enjoy working in a diverse and international environment - from Australia to America.
  • You communicate with ease in German and English in any form and always hit the right note - in international meetings and on the daily working level.
