Field Sales Manager - Nordics (f/m/d)

What you will do to help drive energy transition:
- You are responsible for managing and acquiring specialist partners in the nordic regions (denmark, sweden).
- In close collaboration with our Teamlead international sales and the sales team, you develop and open up new business fields and customer groups.
- You are co-responsible for sales controlling and reporting in your region.
- You regularly analyze the structures and needs of installation partners and end customers to derive targeted actions from them.
- As a sonnen ambassador, you increase brand awareness through customer events, lectures, or at trade fairs.
- You always keep an eye on market developments and the latest trends, deriving innovative sales approaches from them.
- You maintain coordination and communication with various departments within the sonnen organization.
What you will need on that journey:
- You have several years of proven professional experience in sales or account management.
- You should have strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- You must have excellent communication and presentation skills, with high proficiency in English. Additional languages, especially swedish and german are a plus.
- You need an affinity for the renewable energy sector and the energy industry.
- You should have a team player attitude with excellent project management skills.
- Ideally, you are based in sweden.
