We need you to ensure the quality and structure of all documentation in regards to software, hardware and digital bugs and ECRs. Act as a subject matter to all bug topics within the 3rd-Level Service Team.


What you will do to advance the energy transition

  • Lead management of Engineering Change Requests (ECRs) in Global Service
  • Act as a subject matter expert for Hardware (HW), Software (SW) and Digital Bugs within the 3rd Level Team
  • Reproduce HW/SW/Digital Bugs, create HW/SW/Digital Bug articles and share your Bug knowledge
  • Act as an interface between the country organizations as well as our R&D and Knowledge Departments related to HW/SW/Digital Bugs
  • Monitoring and reporting of HW/SW/Digital Bug indicators and continuous improvement of Bug handling


What you will need on that journey

  • 2+ years professional experience with electrical engineering and/or knowledge management
  • Professional experience with technical training or education
  • Ideally, you have good knowledge in cloud based software development
  • You are characterized by your very good analytical skills
  • You have a structured and logical way of working
  • You are problem solving oriented and initiative
  • You convince through the ability to work together with us in a team
  • Very good knowledge of German and English
  • Willingness to travel
