Your Responsibilities:

» Answer complex questions through data, analysis, and clearly communicate findings to multi-functional teams for direction and business decisions.

» Develop a comprehensive set of Supply Chain and Procurement management reports to optimize business decision making regarding supplier management, spend management, savings delivery, inventory management, risk management, and other key metrics

» Seek opportunities to improve data collection, reporting and consumption based on business needs. Resolve data issues.

» Responsibility for all procurement related systems, including E-sourcing systems, reporting tools, ERP interfaces

» Define and update supply chain and procurement related Business Processes to increase transparency, efficiency, reliability and compliance for the entire Supply Chain organization and other stakeholders

» Coordinate contract and document management for the supply chain organisation

 

Your Qualifications:

»  Working knowledge of ERP-Systems (SAP)

»  Bachelor or master degree in business, economics or industrial management

»  Minimum of 2 years work experience in a comparable role

»  A strategic mindset and analytical skills

»  Ability to work in fast-paced, dynamic environment

»  Strong communication skills in English and German, both verbal and written
