To ensure the quality of the software releases from the customer's point of view. Having a dedicated resource to cover it will increase product quality and lead to a decrease of the case rate.

Your tasks:

You act as the subject matter expert for the test and release procedure within the 3rd-Level Team
You manage and automate the release processes using source code management tools
You create test plans and monitor deployments
You continuously seek for improvements and increase the automation level on the testing procedure
You document the testing procedure and evaluate the results
Together with the development teams you define and align the testing scope
You implement and configure 3rd party applications for DevOps tool chains and upgrade versions as needed
You mentor and train junior members, but also instruct colleagues for the testing and release procedure

Your profile:

You have successfully completed your computer science or technical studies. Alternatively, you have a very well-completed training with relevant professional experience in the above-mentioned areas of responsibility
You were also able to gain your first professional experience in the service area
You have experience in software and hardware release-testing
You are responsible for testing and the documentation
You are characterized by your very good analytical skills
Your very good knowledge of MS Office applications as well as knowledge of Linux based systems and Wrike, Salesforce and SAP round off your profile
Very good knowledge of German and English
You convince through the ability to work in a team, flexibility and commitment
