Main Responsibilities:

  • You lead and develop a team of 3rd Level Engineers and Knowledge managers based on 2 locations
  • You create, document and monitor processes within your responsibility and react on deviations
  • You constantly work on improvement measures
  • You take responsibility as process owner for technical problems related to the products
  • With your team you act as an interface between country organizations and the R&D department related to technical incidents and problems
  • With your team you create and share service documentation into the country organizations
  • You represent the global service organization and their needs in different stakeholder meetings
  • You act as project manager for international improvement projects. You collect the requirements, coordinate the implementation and report the progress
  • With your team you globally analyze and report product failures
  • You enable your team to solve complex technical issues and provide solutions for the 2nd level support teams




  • Successful completed academic studies on economic or engineering sciences or comparable qualifications like certified engineer
  • At least 3 years of experience in disciplinal and functional leadership  
  • At least 3 years of experience in technical service, preferable in energy storage and/or in an international environment
  • At least 3 years of experience in project management
  • Strong communication skills with a clear and straight to the point communication mindset
  • Strong analytic skills and high competence in problem solving
  • Experience in process visualization and optimization
  • Perfect German and English language skills spoken and written, additional languages are desirable
  • Excellent MS-Office skills; Salesforce and SAP experiences are welcome
  • Willingness to travel
