Your Responsibilities:

Build the global category of indirect procurement
Responsible for the development and implementation of category strategies (i.e. standardization, bundling, supplier concentration)
Manage and optimize the category according to company vision and strategy
Effectively work with suppliers to negotiate optimal terms for indirect materials & services.
Responsible for sourcing decisions and negotiations
Responsible for contract management indirect materials & services
Innovate and deliver new approaches to drive organizational efficiencies, increase savings and continuously improve performance of Indirect Procurement.
Ability to collaborate across the organization globally and manage cross-functional teams to ensure business objectives are met.

Your Qualifications:

BS or MS in Business or Technical discipline and/or evidence of exceptional experience
4+ years experience as a Category Manager within Indirect Procurement
In-depth experience in strategic sourcing/contract management with international and local suppliers in multiple categories like IT, Facility Management, Production Equipment, Professional Services, Mobility etc.
Strong and confident negotiator with the ability to influence at all levels,
Strong analytical mindset with a proven track record in identifying and implementing cost savings
Proven leadership skills experienced in leading multi-cultural teams in an international environment
Strong interpersonal skills, open-minded, persuasive personality with outstanding internal and external relationship management skills up to Senior Management level
Self-driven and willing to take on responsibility, able to set priorities in a fast-paced environment, and multi-task efficiently towards deadlines
Knowledge of SAP
Fluent in German and English
Willingness to travel
