Main Responsibilities:

  • You support the Italian service organizations by implementing a new extended service business
  • You design and implement service processes and manage it. Service processes are related to the area of field service, repair center, service administration and remote support (1st/2nd/3rd level) along different manufacturer and service providers.
  • You act as interface between the Italian organization and the HQ in Germany related to technical service requirements and the set-up of the service organization
  • You act as project manager for improvement projects. You collect the requirements, coordinate the implementation and report the progress
  • You document and monitor service processes, but also react on deviations.

 

 

Qualifications:

  • Successful completed academic studies on economic or engineering sciences or comparable qualifications like certified engineer
  • At least 2 years’ experience in project management (certification desirable)
  • Strong experience in process management (modelling, operating, improving)
  • At least 2 years’ experience in an international work environment
  • At least 2 years’ experience in solar/PV-market, preferable dedicated to technical service
  • Strong communication skills and high competence in problem solving
  • Strong English language skills spoken and written
  • Good German and Italian language skill are desirable
  • Excellent MS-Office skills; Salesforce and SAP experiences are welcome
  • Willingness to travel
