Main Responsibilities:

You are responsible for specifying and managing service-related requirements.
In close collaboration with the different countries and teams within the service organization, you bundle the requirements for our service tools or for new products
You ensure that the service requirements are sufficiently specified and understandable for the implementing team
You ensure that the requirements can be viewed by colleagues at any time
You check the degree of fulfillment of the implementation and make it transparent and measurable through reporting

Qualifications:

Successfully completed degree in business or engineering or comparable qualifications
At least 2 years of experience in requirements engineering (IREP certification desirable)
At least 2 years of experience in project management (certification desirable)
Experience in technical service, preferably in the energy storage sector desirable
Very good and clear communication skills
Excellent MS Office skills; Jira, Salesforce and SAP experience is welcome
Very good English and German language skills, both written and spoken
