International Technical Customer Care Specialist (m/f/d)

Main Responsibilities:

  • You support our international partner installer companies with technical questions
  • You will handle and document all inquiries about our energy storage systems via telephone, chat and emails
  • You plan on-site assignments of the service technicians for fault clearance and maintenance of our battery storage systems etc.
  • Through efficient, cost-effective and smooth service processing, you ensure high customer and partner satisfaction
  • You support our international customers in the selection of the right battery offering
  • You independently organize and perform technical trainings for partners in different European countries

 

Qualifications:

  • You are interested in working in the technical support area and have a passion for assisting customers and or partners with at least 2 years of working experience
  • Successfully completed technical apprenticeship or technical studies (such as electrotechnical degree)
  • You are customer focused and passionate about excellent customer service
  • You can express yourself clearly on the phone with an empathic attitude
  • Systematic and logical thinking
  • You are fluent in English in written and spoken form, you always find the right words in every situation while other languages such as Spanish and French are a benefit
  • You possess good German language skills  
  • Good IT-Skills (Office, Salesforce)
